Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we carry because Dr. McCall personally reviews and approves each item in our catalog.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

What Can Be Returned

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@hopehealthandwellnessshop.shopify.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you want to return

    • Reason for the return

    • Photo of the item (required for damaged/defective claims)

  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

  4. Once we confirm receipt, your refund is processed

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unrequested returns cannot be processed.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and approved:

Store credit Issued within 24 hours

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you or issue a full refund — your choice. Simply email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the damage

  • Your order number

We will take care of it immediately.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After 12 hours, the order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at 810-820-2981 if you need to cancel.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened supplement bottles

  • Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase

  • Gift cards

Supplements — Special Note

All supplements sold through HOPE Health and Wellness Shop are sourced from licensed, professional-grade distributors (Fullscript, Emerson Ecologics). Opened supplements cannot be accepted back for return due to health and safety regulations. If you have a concern about a supplement product, please call us directly at 810-820-2981 — Dr. McCall or a staff member will assist you personally.
