Thank you for shopping with HOPE Health and Wellness Shop. We are committed to getting your wellness products to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase.
Shipping Times
We ship to all 50 United States. Estimated delivery times after processing:

Supplements vs. Physical Products

Supplements (NuMedica, Pure Encapsulations, Premier Research Labs, DEVA, NOW Foods, etc.) are fulfilled directly by our licensed wholesale distributors. Delivery times may vary slightly from physical products.

Physical wellness products (devices, tools, pet products, kitchen items, etc.) are fulfilled by our trusted dropship partners and ship from US-based or international warehouses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 21 business days of your order date, please contact us at:

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly, including reshipping or refunding if necessary.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. HOPE Health and Wellness Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
