We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities of any product

  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal

  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments

  • By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order including applicable taxes and shipping fees

We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

6. Orders & Cancellations

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. This confirmation does not guarantee availability.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, your order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at 810-820-2981 or Hopehomehelp@gmail.com to request a cancellation.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

7. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party dropshipping partners (CJdropshipping, Zendrop) and supplement distributors (Fullscript, Emerson Ecologics). Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Express Shipping: 5–10 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, available on this website. Key points:

  • 30-day return window for unopened physical products

  • Opened supplements cannot be returned for health and safety reasons

  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost
